In-person tickets
If you have purchased an in-person registration, you can cancel this up to and on 4 May 2025 (11:59 BST) by contacting Bioscientifica Ltd at [email protected]. Cancellation will be subject to an administrative charge of £25.00.
Cancellation requests made after 4 May 2025 will not be accepted as we will have booked all suppliers based on the registrations received at that date.
If you cause damage to third parties and property you will be liable for this. Please take out valid, comprehensive third-party liability insurance.
Bioscientifica Ltd. is working with all venues being used for the Growth Management Meeting in London, United Kingdom to ensure that they are working to the highest standards of COVID-19 compliance based on the local British regulations and that all necessary sanitation and hygiene precautions are made.
Bioscientifica Ltd. will not cover or be responsible or liable for any costs that may be incurred by any attendees to the Growth Management Meeting for testing, quarantine or insurance costs.
You can get vaccinated against COVID-19 by the NHS.
You do not need to take a test or quarantine when you arrive in the UK. You should check travel advice for any country you are travelling to.
In the event that COVID-19 restrictions have to be implemented at the Meeting venue, there will be a limit to the number of people permitted in the venue at any one time. If this happens, we will review our booking list and we will refund in-person tickets accordingly.
Please note: Bioscientifica Ltd. will not cover or be responsible for any losses or costs associated with accommodation or travel to the Growth Management 2025 Meeting. Accommodation and travel costs are the sole responsibility of delegates, Bioscientifica Ltd. is unable to refund pre-booked accommodation and travel costs and this will be at the discretion of individual hotels and providers.
Please be aware that there will be official onsite photography and/or audio/video recordings during this event as commissioned by BSPED and/or Bioscientifica Ltd. Any images/audio/video captured may be used by BSPED and/or Bioscientifica Ltd for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, websites, external mailshots, other marketing materials, and social media. All payments for the Growth Management 2025 Meeting meeting must be made in GBP (£) to Bioscientifica Ltd. Bioscientifica Ltd is the meeting organiser for the Growth Management 2025 Meeting.
Registration confirmation and badges will not be issued until payment is made in full.
The preferred payment method for the meeting is on-line payment via Credit Card. Bank Transfer payment is also available, an invoice will be generated for you to make payment with bank details for Bioscientifica Ltd. account and your reference number to be included.
