Cancellation and Refund Requests

Once registered, a confirmation of receipt will be sent via email from Stripe, along with a detailed booking confirmation. Registration for social events must be booked in advance at the time of registration in order to secure a place. 

Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before 4 May. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £25.00. Cancellations after 4 May will be subject to 100% payment penalty. Name changes for registrations are possible.
